Some information is public because it concerns the whole community. Without signing in you can read:

• Announcements — notices from the association.
• Community documents — rules, minutes and circulars.
• Calendar — meetings and community events.

What is not public is anything about a specific unit: your balance, your invoices, your payments and your requests. That is personal, and it needs your own account.
